malacca trip (28 to 29 dec)

as the peranankan craze is still on, we quickly made use of this last week of the holiday to visit the place where peranankan used to stay (in malacca).....

these are clogs which were worn by peranankan in old times, we had bought some back.......

finally, we visited the house which was used in 'the little nyonya'. this house was originally owed by a very rich peranankan family, but now it is converted into a musuem.....unfortunately, we were not allowed to take picture inside the house..... so, what we got is the front door only.....

after the musuem, we moved along the way and ended up visiting the church of xavier...

then, we headed to giant, do some shopping, and headed back singapore......we do enjoy this trip....
